2.5 Information We Do Not Store

This information is captured directly by Stripe, Inc., our certified payment processor (see Section 5.1). Mr. Paps only receives the payment result and Stripe's transaction identifier.

• Mr. Paps does not store or have access to:
• Credit or debit card numbers
• Security codes (CVV/CVC)
• Card expiration dates
• Any other sensitive banking data

• Process, confirm, and charge orders placed through the Site
• Arrange shipping and delivery of your order
• Calculate shipping costs and applicable sales tax before checkout
• Notify you of your order status, tracking number, and payment confirmation
• Handle support requests, claims, cancellations, and returns
• Prevent and detect fraud, payment disputes, and unlawful activity
• Comply with applicable legal and tax obligations
• Create and manage your account, if you choose to register

Marketing emails, promotions, and product updates — note: this feature is currently in development; you will not receive marketing communications until it is implemented and your consent is collected

4.1 Checkout

When placing an order, you provide identification, contact, and shipping information to generate the order and process payment via Stripe. The minimum information required to complete a purchase is: full name, email, phone number, and a complete US shipping address.

4.2 Account Registration

• You may voluntarily create an account by providing an email, password, and full name. Phone number is optional.

4.3 Guest Order Tracking

Buyers without an account can check their order status at mrpapshop.com/us/seguimiento by entering their order code and the email used at purchase, which act as a two-factor check.

4.4 Email Communications

• Mr. Paps may collect additional information when you contact us directly by email for support or other requests.

• Data shared: Buyer email, transaction amount and currency, internal order identifiers
• Data NOT shared: Card number, CVV, expiration date — captured directly by Stripe

5.2 US Fulfillment Partner (Production and Shipping)

Category: Print-on-demand production and fulfillment provider, based in the United States (Omaha, Nebraska), independent from the fulfillment used for Mexican orders

• Data shared: Recipient name, shipping address, and order/product details needed to produce and ship the order

5.3 IONOS (Transactional Email)

Data shared: Recipient email address and the content of the order confirmation email (name, order number, shipping address, products, and totals)
